Some Random Interesting Links
Here's a list of interesting links I stumbled across in the past 2 months. I hope to have time some day to dig deeper into all of these.
Clojure Related
- Truss looks like a neat assertions library in clojure. The intro video also gives a great overview of all the options for assertions in clojure.
- Clojure Pearls. Lots of good examples of lesser known clojure functions.
Random
- 3d Virtual Reality in HTML. Check out the examples on your smart phone.
- A Peer to Peer Hypermedia Protocol! How have I never heard of this before?! I feel like this should be way more popular.
- Programming Language Theory Resources. If I had unlimited time and money, I'd probably go back to school and study Programming Language Theory. This looks like a great resource and some day I hope to read some of these books
- WebAssembly and Asm.js. Enough here to shave yaks for the rest of my life!
- AWS Lambda is really intriguing. Here's a Framework for using AWS Lambda written in Go.
- I've never thought that it will ever be possible for a computer AI apocalypse. But after watching this, I'm not so sure. Neil deGrasse Tyson and Ray Kurzweil talk about the "singularity".
